We pride ourselves on the value of our client relationships
Our partners are amongst the most experienced advisers in the Australasian market and have advised on some of the most complex transactions undertaken. We have achieved success for our clients for over 30 years. We are supported by a team of corporate advisors who have worked on a wide cross-section of landmark transactions. Together, we pride ourselves on the length and depth of our client relationships.
Founded in 2015, Luminis Partners has an exclusive strategic partnership with global NYSE listed advisory firm Evercore to service respective clients, leveraging the deep experience across our firms on a global scale. Evercore holds a significant minority shareholding in the business and its President sits on our Board.
Advice is our only business. Our business model ensures our sole focus is to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients. We are solutions focused with a detailed eye on risk mitigation. Unlike integrated banks - we do not underwrite nor distribute equities, publish research, issue debt nor make principal investments - our relationships with investing institutions are solely in the context of advocating for our corporate clients. We live on the quality of our advice and supporting our clients achieve their objectives.
Our partners have over 100 years of collective experience, advising on some of the most complex and innovative transactions in Australasia's corporate history. Ron Malek is a member of the Australian Takeovers Panel and Simon Mordant was former Deputy President of the Australian Takeovers Panel, further reinforcing our unique experience. In any client relationship, we pledge to always provide two partners to each assignment and will not delegate down team leadership.
“We pride ourselves on the value of our client relationships”.
Client confidentiality and privacy is and always will be a key tenet of our firm. We pride ourselves on the value of our client relationships.
